This Parmigiano-Reggiano is delicious: a cheese with a deeply savoury and brothy flavour, balanced by a rich fruity sweetness and a luscious texture.

Flavours are zesty, bright and fresh with a pleasant citrus sparkle. This turret-shaped goat’s cheese has a light, fluffy texture.

A lactic goat’s cheese with a bright acidity reminiscent of creme fraiche. The texture is smooth yet dense.

A washed rind, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese, aged for no longer than 20 days, it is refined with Dark Side beer, a smoked porter from northern Italy.  Robiola has a soft creamy texture, smooth flavour with a rich porter finish.

Morbier is a semi-soft cows’ milk cheese is ivory colored, soft and slightly elastic, and is immediately recognizable by the distinctive thin black layer separating it horizontally in the middle. It has a rind that is yellowish, moist, and leathery.  The aroma of Morbier cheese is strong, but the flavor is rich and creamy, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.  From the Jura and Doubs region of France.

Made from raw cow’s milk and animal rennet

Semi Soft cheese from the Montbeliard, Simmental region of France. It has a very distinctive pleasant, aromatic smell with a creamy texture, similar to Gruyere cheeses, and does not separate even when melted. The flavour can vary from nutty, slightly acidic to milky

Cashel Blue has a balanced amount of blue veining, which adds a lift to the rich full-flavoured paste.  This is an easy-eating blue cheese with a pleasantly buttery texture.

A smooth, soft washed-rind cheese; flavours range from milky and buttery at the paste, to vegetal with a cocoa-like bitterness at the rind. The aftertaste is sweet and reminiscent of caramel, even chocolate.

Please remember that most of the cheeses we sell are made with raw milk and many of them with traditional animal rennet.

We can't promise a TARDIS, but we will try and fulfil all orders within 24-48 hours.

Seasonal variations

Some of the cheeses we stock are seasonal, so please check with us if there is something you can't find, as what you're looking for may not be in season but we may have an alternative suggestion.

Free delivery anywhere in the SL4 postcode and to certain key locations and customers.

Cheese is a natural product, so please let us know as soon as possible if there's something wrong, or if you're not completely happy with your purchase.
